SUPERVISOR (SPV) - PONTIANAK

Responsibility:
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
Working closely together with distributor to ensure they find maximum cooperation in providing all necessary support to distribute company’s product
Ensure to establish a solid team work with distributors
Engage, equip and follow lead in any sales channel with strong desire to succeed and achieved results
Identifying and developing business opportunities by establishing strong relationships with potential clients through appropriate propositions
 Maintaining and advancing relationship with existing clients to ensure a high level of customers satisfaction is maintained
Expertise in product knowledge in order to perform excellent presentation to potential clients
Actively involve in market research in order to generate client insights to build brand equity and innovation
 Input any necessary information regarding competitor’s action to ASM
Follow up and monitor principal marketing activities to ensure properly executed
Report, monitor and evaluate client’s compliance and insight
Determine to achieve company’s target/goal

Requirement:
Male, max 27 Years old
Advanced Diploma/Bachelor degree from any disciplines.
1 – 2 years of experience in supervising sales team at FMCG industry is a must (Food Service)
Supervisory skills and ability to motivate and drive sales team to achieve the target.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal skills.  
Must be able to positively influence other functional areas to ensure process and policies are adhered to.
Demonstrates strong leadership ability, vision, and innovative thinking
Computer literate
Hard worker, honest, and able to work independently as well as in team
Self motivated, highly initiative, well organized, and able to work under minimum supervision
Owned driving licence
Currently Base in Pontianak ONLY
